Institutional accountability structure
1 Chief administrative officer: Representative director
The Chief Administrator shall supervise the entire institution and bear the ultimate responsibility for the operation and management of competitive funds, etc. The Chief Administrator shall formulate and disseminate basic policies for preventing fraud, and take the necessary measures to implement them. In addition, the Chief Administrator and Compliance Promotion Officer shall exercise appropriate leadership so that they can operate and manage competitive funds, etc. responsibly.
2. General Manager: Project Manager
The position will assist the Chief Administrator and will have the actual responsibility and authority to oversee the Institute with regard to the operation and management of competitive funds, etc.
The Chief Management Officer is the person in charge of overseeing the cross-organizational system for preventing fraud. Based on the basic policy, the Chief Management Officer will formulate and implement specific measures for the entire institution, check the status of implementation, and report to the Chief Management Officer.
3. Compliance Promotion Officer: General Affairs Department Manager
The Chief Research Officer will have actual responsibility and authority for the operation and management of competitive funds etc. within the institution.
The Compliance Promotion Officer shall perform the following duties under the instructions of the General Manager.
- (1)Implement measures in the departments etc. that you manage, supervise or guide, check the status, and report the implementation status to the General Manager.
- (2)In order to prevent misconduct, compliance education will be provided to all members involved in the operation and management of competitive funds within the department, etc., and the status of attendance will be managed and supervised.
- (3)In the departments and divisions that they manage, supervise, or guide, they will monitor whether members are managing and using competitive funds appropriately and will provide guidance for improvements as necessary.
