We have set up a hotline for reporting and reporting any misconduct in research activities or the misuse of public research funds.

How to report or accuse

Applications will be accepted by email, fax or in person.

Reports and allegations

2. (2)The names of researchers who are accused of research misconduct and misappropriation of public research funds

4. (4)Reasons for injustice
5. (5)Other documents, etc.

2. (2)We will consider the need for an investigation into any reports or accusations we receive and notify you whether or not we will conduct an investigation.
3. (3)Any reported or accused information will be used solely to conduct any necessary investigations and will not be used for any other purposes or disclosed.
4. (4)If, as a result of the investigation, it is discovered that a false report or accusation was made in bad faith, we may take necessary measures, such as making the facts related to the report public.
